16th Annual Gumbo Fest

The Shell Factory & Nature Park presents the 16th Annual Gumbo Fest January 28th from 11am-6pm. As the Number 1 Family Entertainment Destination In SW Florida, this year’s event promises to be bigger and better than ever.  Continuous live entertainment will be headlined by the Zydeco Hellraisers direct from New Orleans. Also joining the fun, The Porchdogs with their own style of Cajun down-home music. As a Family Friendly event admission is FREE. Children will also receive FREE admission to The Nature Park the day of the event. As in past years, this year’s event is sponsored by Sam Galloway Ford and will feature Great Gumbo and Seafood by local restaurants, and an assortment of very cool merchandise vendors. Bring the whole Family and go CAJUN for the day. The Shell Factory Fun Park, Nature Park, and Retail Store will all be open. All proceeds benefit The Nature Park Environmental Foundation which promotes conservation and the welfare of over 450 animals that call The Shell Factory Nature Park home.
